This policy explains what personal information ManziNetworks Media LLP (“ManziNetworks”, “we”, “us”) collects through manzinetworks.com, why we collect it and how you can control it. It is written to meet India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.

What we collect

  • Enquiry form. Your name, email address, and anything else you choose to give us: company, phone number, budget, target cities, the services you are interested in and your message. We also record the date and time you sent it and your internet (IP) address, to prevent spam.
  • Emails and calls. If you contact us directly, we keep your message and contact details.
  • Website analytics. If enabled, Google Analytics collects information about how you use the site, such as pages visited, time spent, device and browser type, and approximate location. It uses cookies to do this.

We do not collect payment details, government ID numbers or sensitive personal information through this website.

Why we use it

  • To reply to your enquiry and discuss a possible campaign with you.
  • To understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it.
  • To keep the website and our forms secure and free of spam.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not add you to marketing lists without your consent.

Your consent

By sending the enquiry form you consent to us using your details to respond. You can withdraw that consent at any time by emailing us; we will then stop using your details, except where the law requires us to keep them.

Services from other companies

  • Google Analytics (Google LLC) for visitor statistics. You can opt out with Google’s browser add-on.
  • YouTube (Google LLC) for the videos on our Learn with Manzi pages. A video only loads, and YouTube only receives information about you, when you press play.
  • Google Fonts to display our typefaces.
  • Our web host, which stores the website and delivers enquiry emails to us.

These companies process information under their own privacy policies and may store it outside India.

The ad tag tester

Tags you paste into our ad tag tester run in your own browser and are not sent to us. The ad servers named in your tag will receive requests as they would on any website. If you use “Send results to Manzi”, your email app sends the tag and test log to us.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as we are discussing or running work with you, and for up to three years afterwards for our business records, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

Your rights

You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. You can also nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf. Email support@manzinetworks.com and we will respond as soon as possible.

Complaints

If you have a concern about how we handle your information, email support@manzinetworks.com with the subject “Privacy”. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

Security

We use secure (HTTPS) connections and limit access to enquiry emails to our team. No website can be completely secure, so please don’t send us confidential campaign material through the form.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
