Good to know
- A tag that plays here can still fail elsewhere. Ad servers may limit which websites receive ads, and verification vendors can block unknown domains. If you see “empty VAST” or error 1009, the tag may be fine but not targeted at this site.
- Ad blockers stop tags. Turn yours off for manzinetworks.com while testing.
- This is a browser test, not a TV test. It confirms the tag, tracking and media files work. Smart TV platforms such as Samsung, LG and FAST channels apply their own checks; the CTV readiness list shows what they usually require.
- VPAID doesn’t run on CTV. Most TV platforms only accept plain MP4 video. Ask for a non-VPAID version of the tag for CTV, FAST and OTT campaigns.
- Testing fires real requests. Impressions and clicks during a test may be counted by the ad server.
